Venezuelan Military shoot down Hawker 731 Nov 4 2013
Venezuelan Govt has reported their 30th aircraft shot down since May 2012 when a new law went into effect.
On Nov 4 2013 a Hawker 731 XB-MGM entered Venezuelan airspace from Colombia near Apure, VZ and was shot down.
No details about flight crew, however the aircraft was registered to a new owner, based in Monterrey Mexico - on Oct 31 2013.

Hmmm - all these Venezuelan military guys have twitter accounts. sounds like they tracked it to a makeshift runway and attacked the aircraft while it was on the ground.
This is an aerial shot from the scene taken the next morning.

Doesnt look like there was any forward impact. The leading edge is completely intact, as is the nacelle. Looks like a ground strike to me!
