CYQM charter base interest

I was writing hoping an established charter operation would give me their opinion on opening a base, or expanding into the Moncton CYQM area.

The reason for this forum is because with WestJet and Canadian North coming into the east more and more, it would seem there would be a need for flights to bring people to Moncton. This is not counting the air alliance flights. I am saying more the part time occasional flight from Deer lake, Grind stone (Isle de la Madeleine), Prince Edward island, etc. As well as the number of locals who are tired of driving through the hub city of Moncton on their way to another airport less convenient to catch a charter flight. Some locals have even paid extra to have a plane flown to Moncton to start a charter.

It may even discover that a schedule run to Isle de la Madeleine may prove financially feasible since the large population on the island has to use boat or fly to Quebec.

Any interest or advice, please pass along. I know there is always negative reluctance to something new, but there are a lot of unemployed skilled pilots here to take the challenge, and business's asking about flights to unique areas.

What do you think the core market is for your charters? Fishing, tourists, Pogey runs to casinos, Scheds, Youth fleeing a stagnant economy, ?
