I was there that faithful day when it first took off at Cartierville and I remember saying to my friend whose father was a high ranking administrator at Canadair that one day I would like to fly the Challenger. I can say that I am lucky enough to have fulfilled that dream... Great aircraft.
BTW, if you guys can find a book called "Winging it" (out of print now), it's the story of the Challenger and is even better then the short film here. After reading it I thought to myself how lucky that they ever got it off the ground and certified. A lot of politics involved in the background.
