To celebrate a good flight in Ontario, in moderation, of course.

all i can say is P90X, its hard as hell but the results are worth it.

i suggest if your looking for something new with a workout schedule, there is nothing better than P90X.

it comes with nutrition guide (which i follow half ass, i like beer to much), and 13 DVDS.

the beauty of it is you can do it all at home. i do it on my rotations while I'm not working, and it works great. all you need is dumbbells or resistant bands and a chin up bar. i use resistant bands bc there lighter and easy to take with me.

It says something about aviation that "Health and Fitness" is one of the rarely visited forums!

Lots of good info here; thanks mattedfred and others.
