Housing in Thunder Bay

Just wanted some information from those that are currently renting in Thunder Bay. I am looking for a unit between 600-700 per month preferably with utilities included. I'm assuming the closer to confed the higher the price will be so any info will be appreciated. I've heard of/about kensington apartments but not sure of their price.
