The airstrip has been shut down for a 24-hour period
My lord, it doesn't take that long to skin, gut and quarter a deer !!!

Sunwest is working with the airstrip operator on ways to make landings safer for wildlife, RCMP say.
Who cares about the wildlife. I've got a rifle that will make landings safer for airplanes. Plus I'll feed the homeless. Just need to team up with a local butcher.

And it would have to be investigated by several federal and provincial agencies first; after which it needs to be inspected by various other agencies. Might need an EIS as well.
