Emergency Landing in the Bush

Post by AR705 »

These are the stories I like to hear about. Pilot survived emergency landing in heavy bush. Not much detail but could have been much worse!

It's great that it ended well for Chad.
These are the stories I like to hear about.
The detail that bothers me is the fact he ran out of fuel.

[sarcasm font] He didn't run out of fuel, he ran low on fuel! "The pilot stated he experienced a loss of power due to running low on fuel ..." [/sarcasm font]

I believe the proper terminology for that is... "Critical fuel to air mixture ratio"

Personally knowing the individual involved, I can’t say I’m surprised this occurred... I can however say I am very happy and thankful this didn’t turn out worse
