Soooo, anyone know what happened with this landing other than the passengers clapped out of relief to be alive.
Some of the video seems to show them going off-roading for a bit.

on my first rotation into Saudi i was positioning out to the empty quarter on a MD 80 or similar model and the pax clapped on the landing. My first experience of this after a fair bit of OS work. Its a custom, nothing more, I'd think the Saudis might think some of our customs were off, why are some people making a topic of it is beyond me.
