American Plane Lost in CYYJ
A privately American registered Cessna 150G, VFR Origin unknown to Friday Harbour (KFHR) flew in Victoria's zone no radio, from east to west, for 10-15 minutes. ATC was unable to communicate with aircraft on various frequencies. Aircraft landed runway 02 at 2305. On final, aircraft started communicating on 128.25 (san juan island common frequency.) After aircraft landed, tower communicated with aircraft on 128.25 and taxied aircraft into customs. A little lost, as the aircraft thought they were landing KFHR. No operational impact.
