Heard what I thought was a jazz flight doing an emergency landing in YYY on St. Pat's, but no cadors to go with it. Anybody know the scoop?

So:

JZA699, a de Havilland Dash 8 exploited by Air Canada Jazz, was flying IFR from Sept-Îles (CYZV) to Montréal/Trudeau (CYUL). At 1541Z, the crew reported smoke in the cockpit to Montreal Center and requested to divert to Mont-Joli (CYYY). Because of bad communications with the crew, the ATC controller treated the event as an emergency and emergency services were deployed in Mont-Joli while waiting for the aicraft. JZA699 finally landed without mishap at 1601Z. No impact on ATC operations. (And everybody has been advised)
