Crews responding to a plane crash near Vernon

"Two local fire departments have confirmed that they received reports of an aircraft going down in a heavily-wooded area in B.C.'s North Okanagan at around 6:45 p.m. PT.

Vernon RCMP, local fire services and other crews are responding to an area off Six Mile Creek Road, which is roughly 40 kilometres northwest of Vernon."
