At 2157Z, Kamloops, BC (CYKA) flight information centre (FIC) received a call for information from joint rescue co-ordination centre (JRCC) about a Pacific Coastal Airlines Grumman G-21A (C-FUAZ), a disabled aircraft on the side of an unpublished aerodrome at Rivers Inlet, BC (5141N 12711W). Area control centre (ACC) shift manager informed. Pacific Coastal Dispatch was called for more information; they relayed that no injuries and only slight damage to the aircraft occurred. Operational impact unknown.

Looks/sounds like a groundloop.

Oh shit. At least it looks like there wouldn't have been any serious injuries. Rough start getting them back in service.
