How to convert FAA dispatch license to Canadian Dsp license

I live in Canada and i am a Canadian Citizen. I have FAA dispatch license and would like to convert to TC dispatch license. i was wondering if at all that's possible? how do i do it? What are the requirements? what are my options?

Complete the Transport Canada Flight Dispatch exams and get hired by a company. Unlike in the USA, dispatcher licenses are not issued directly to the person by the regulator, but are company specific.

i also have a faa license, where and how do you complete the transport Canada Flight Dispatch exams?
