Are any of the smaller operators starting to pay a signing bonus instead of asking for a bond.
Today I read an ad from North Wright Air.
It would appear they are getting a little desperate for pilots..maybe I read the ad in the wrong tone..
Times are a changing time for the pilots to control the conditions instead of the companies.
Thoughts?
Signing bonus opportunities?

Re: Signing bonus opportunities?
The good companies already don't ask for bonds. Will pay increase? I'm sure it will. Friends I know in 703/704 say it's becoming harder by the month to fill even lower entry positions, let a lone DEC.

The obvious answer is to start your own company.Times are a changing time for the pilots to control the conditions instead of the companies.
The hardest thing about flying is knowing when to say no
After over a half a century of flying no one ever died because of my decision not to fly.
