I was browsing FD jobs on indeed and came across this ad. The demanding nature of the Competencies section and comments:
" Company expectations with respect to organization skills and attention to detail will be extremely high. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is a highly organized, numerically literate, analytical problem solver and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and concurrently with minimal supervision...You must be a problem solver not problem creator. " made me wonder.
Also does someone know the name of the owner or manager who wrote this job ad? I'm doing some research on the company and find their domain registration is private. https://www.whois.com/whois/montair.com

Administrator (Class Coordinator)

Monitoring, training, scheduling for a class of students. Efficient scheduling of aircraft and other resources. Accurately updating and maintaining student training records. Producing MS Excel reports on equipment utilization for management use. Maintaining student files and accounts Producing and maintaining company advertising material i.e. brochures and fliers. Updating website content. Providing administrative assistance to the Manager of Flight Operations, as assigned

Flight Dispatcher

Ensuring all dispatch duties are conducted in accordance with the Canadian Aviation Regulations. Reviewing and amending dispatch documentation and manuals as required. Flight dispatch (flight authorization and aircraft release). Flight following of aircraft. Invoicing of flights. Answering telephone calls. Ensuring building is presentable. Welcoming clients. Ensuring all office supplies are adequately stocked Ensuring adequate supplies of Company material are available Providing administrative assistance to the Manager of Flight Operations, as assigned

Competencies

This is not a starter position. Previous experience and proven success in an Office Assistant/Administrator role is required. Candidates with no prior aviation or aircraft dispatching experience may be considered if they are highly motivated, willing to learn the industry and want to work hard. We are looking for an individual who is extremely bright, pro-active, detail oriented, with excellent communication ability (both written and verbal). Superior time management skills, the ability to work in a team and without direct supervision are required. Company expectations with respect to organization skills and attention to detail will be extremely high. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is a highly organized, numerically literate, analytical problem solver and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and concurrently with minimal supervision. Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite is a must have. If you can't prepare an Excel spreadsheet, including graphs and charts and conditional formatting, please do not apply. You must be a problem solver not problem creator. You can happily work in an environment that has a diverse range of personalities and cultures.

Based on what I've heard from everybody I know who has worked with Chinese students...stay away. Unless you enjoy pulling your hair out of your scalp.
