Flight dispatch no work experience

Is it possible to get a flight dispatch job with no work experience. I have studied for the tests but I have no legitimate work to put down on my resume. If not what are some relevant jobs I can look for that would look favourable when applying?

It is possible but can be difficult. My suggestion to you would be try to get into the company you want to work for at any position and wait for a dispatch position to open. I know at Jazz we are more likely to hire internally for a posted position in dispatch than we are outside. Our last group had 2 internals and 2 external hires. What I can say is that if you want to boost your chances to getting hired right off the street make sure you have both of those exams done. I know that way more consideration is given to those who have both exams done when going through resumes.
