Is this about the demand letters to pay a training bond that they’ve been sending everyone?
If that’s what you’re worried about, just disregard it. It has zero merit. The new management is grasping at straws to get some positive cash flow for the EIC shareholders.

They didn't chase people 10 years ago. Likely won't start now. Worst they'll do is send a few demand letters from a lawyer. That's it. Their bond was about 3 lines long and didn't cover much of anything. Like their schedule, it wasn't worth the paper it was written on.
