How long more "hiring frenzy - porter,etc"

Opinions out there on how long companies like Porter and the rest will continue to hire pilots , another 6 months to a year or two.

Talked to a former porter pilot that jumped to jazz due to the connection to Air Canada. He said at least 50 left last year to AC.

Unless something catastrophic happens, I'd assume we'll have another 2-3 years of craziness...
