Getting Back Into The Industry

Hey everyone, Im thinking of getting back into the industry. Would have to renew my multi ifr. Wondering what kind of job prospects are out there now? Would a guy have to start back on the ramp with this kind of time?

Pretty sure once you dusted off those ratings, you could literally pick the company you want to work for, with the exception of the airlines.
Also consider renewing on a Red Bird simulator as it will save you some coin.

Encore is hiring 500 hour pilots now. Airlines are not out of the question.

I would venture to guess they would have some undisclosed age limit based on experience (lack of)...
