CMA Reduced "Minimums"

A new job posting for Central Mountain Air doesn't have any minimums posted. Does that mean the 250hr wonder still gets the ramp, or are we into 250-Direct-DHC8-in-YVR territory? Hard to believe that could be the truth...

Any ideas if this has to do with the Pasco-Westjet flow? Does CMA "flow" into Pasco?

You’re misinformed or didn’t do your research. Their minimums are clearly stated on their website under career. 1000 hours for FO. Below that is ramp position

Lol.

I suppose it would be a dream come true to some... but most 250 hour wonders don’t know how much they don’t want to fly a clapped-out -100 from YYC after doing YVR-YXS-YXJ-YEG-YYC commute as a YVR-based crew (or vice versa) courtesy of a company too cheap to stick you on Westjet.
