Hmm, I wonder what company could be looking for Metro 2/3 captains in YYC...Could it be the one that posted a job for the same position a few days ago?
If employers can't find workers, the problem isn't that you aren't connecting with them and need to pay a recruiter to find them for you; it's that your wages and working conditions are atrocious. Take the money you're spending on this firm and offer it to pilots instead if you want them to come work for you. For that matter, since all they're doing is posting free ads on the same sites where you've already posted, I don't think you're getting your money's worth.
