Job Postings
Wouldn’t it be nice and more efficient if employers provided more details about the jobs they are posting. Like schedule, pay, bonds, etc or is that not allowed by some obscure law?

Because if they post the truth, there will be fewer applicants. The best companies don’t even have to advertise on avCanada

Perhaps they also do it to weed out the ones that have no other concern than pay and schedule. Generally, those that are only concerned about that, will jump at the next job that pays a little more or has a perceived better schedule. The fit must be mutual and some jobs provide tangible benefits that only those who show a deeper interest will hear of and experience. The grass is not always greener....
