I’m thinking about applying for the fo position at PAL Aerospace with AMSD but I can’t seem to find any real info about the job. Does anyone here know what the flying is like,wages, scheduling, captain upgrade, lifestyle, and company morale. any info at all would be great.

Stay away. The chief pilot is unbearable and non professional. Company culture starts at the top.

Anybody knows if it is a rotational job and, if yes, what is the roster?

Not rotational. They fly a lot, more than 100 hours per month during busy months.
