"Instructor Trainee"

I'm clearly confused by the title of "Instructor Trainee" as seen here

Now then I understand it's an open secret that the current instructor pool has been mostly found missing these days. Surely when the CFI looks for resumes they can't be faced entirely with a deafening silence but those few applicants there are will no doubt be left feeling alone together on the job. Such is my unbiased opinion, anyways. At the very least there's even odds that almost exactly the larger half of the pilot population is looking elsewhere. In other words thanks to the current constant variables, without an offer like this it's a definite maybe that our peace force (and maybe by extension our government intelligence) will face a minor crisis in the years to come, or else be left with genuine imitations at best. Same difference. So if you have a clean history; that being one without near misses, rolling stops, crash landings, and/or troubles with the criminal justice system, please send an original copy of your resume to KF for your chance to become a student teacher.

I'm not sure what the problem is. Here's a company offering to pay people to train to be instructors... isn't that what everyone wants?
