Depends on how good you are at busting minimums.
Re: North Star ground to flight line
With the way things are right now you'll prob be flying pretty damn fast. When I was working in the area a few years ago it was 3-6 months but things have changed. Go in and apply for a flying job you might actually get one to start. Get on the PC12 and have a good time, you'll log a shit ton of time.

I last flew for them when they were still “bush league” and never saw anything of the sort. Care to back your comment up?

I'll see absolutely nothing on the same approach they just landed on. Weather doesn't change that fast.TeePeeCreeper wrote: ↑Sun Dec 23, 2018 11:51 pmI last flew for them when they were still “bush league” and never saw anything of the sort. Care to back your comment up?

You seem to have a smart arse reply response for every post I make Pelmet. Have you ever flown for said operator? I have and I was never nor did I feel pressured to bust mins. By all means feel free to contribute to the tread if you’ve flown for NSA! Oh wait... you haven’t.pelmet wrote: ↑Wed Dec 26, 2018 2:32 pmApparently, they will tell it did.goingnowherefast wrote: ↑Mon Dec 24, 2018 5:51 amI'll see absolutely nothing on the same approach they just landed on. The last thing I want to do is upset you TPC. So I will remove my earlier post, apologize, and leave this thread, as seen below, exactly as it was prior to my making my previous post. That way I can leave it for you or someone else to provide an explanation. Once again...apologies. And of course...I will hold my breath waiting for a viable explanation about the experience of GoingNowhereFast and his inability to get in on the same approach....(March)Hmm three months later and no explanation.

Re: North Star ground to flight line
I understand they crashed on Pickle Lake. Does anyone know the cause?

The cause was nicely swept under the carpet.
Also, that there was no TSB investigation is what boggles my mind.

Yeah that was a strange accident. Somebody was paid off to keep that on the down low
