Plenty of posts in the Encore section that will answer your questions.

Video interview is quite good. You will get some practice questions and plenty of chance to set your self up well. Have a good computer with camera and good mike.

There are 5/6 questions of standard hr type why you, why WestJet?

Good luck

6 hr related questions and I would highly recommend that you do the practice questions prior to getting going. You will have 30 seconds to review the question and 3 minutes to answer it - which you can not go back and do over.

My understanding is they have you breath on the camera. If it fogs, you move onto the next round.
