flying colours in peterborough
does anyone know anything about this company, or have worked for them? I am an apprentise looking to apply to new copanies and I am wondering if this is a good company to work for, and towards my license?
Don't know a lot, but here's what I do know.
Owner - John Gillespie
Head of Maintenance - Tony Barrett
Other high up guy in Maintenance - Tim Pickett
Had a student who was an apprentice for them - I think he really enjoyed it there. When he got his licence, though, they really didn't need another AME so they couldn't pay him that much. He's at Little Red now, I believe.
They're always busy. They do paint/exteriors as well and they get planes from all over the world. Lot's of different types - from 172s to Falcon 900s.
