Fort Frances Air Be90 Driver

Post by Doc »

Somebody should jump all over this one. Great place to work. Great people. Small, almost a family atmosphere. Figure you'd need around 2000 hours, some twin time. A couple hundred on a 'ho or so should do the trick? All medevac. You'll get lots of flying here. No bonds.

If it's so good why is there such a turnover of pilots? Every few months they are advertising. It seems nobody will even stay for a year.

That is a valid question for 2002. These days though, when its so easy to take a pay cut to live in the south and feed your ego with a pressed shirt with 3 cheetos on each shoulder, its not really a valid argument. This is an outstanding operation from what I have seen, a great opportunity for someone well suited to life in Fort Frances (small town type, outdoors loving). The pilot throughput is simply a sign of the times.

+1 to Changes in Latitudes response. Great job and locale for the right person. Not everyone is up to the work load and responsibility though, even for a left seat PPC in a nice turbine and the pay involved. Not to mention A.E. is an outstanding CP and person. Very rewarding experience for the right person.
