Hi all,
Got a friend, thinking to get CPL and look for something in this field. He is a visible minority from middle east.
Language is ok, he's in Canada for 10 years now.
Do you see visible minorities being hired on a constant basis? Does he have a real chance?

Why wouldn't visible minorities be hired?
I know lots of guys who are VM's, and are in good or great positons. No better or worse than Caucasians.

Have no fear, minority pilots are exploited and treated every bit as badly as white pilots in Canada.
