thinking maybe of applying as a flight instructor, wondering about the pay, working environment...any info will be appreciated

The pay for a class IV is about $30 p/h, class III starts @ $31 p/h. They need full-time guys.
Good environment to work.(all things considered)

How is Toronto Airways to get my Instructor's Rating? Who does the ratings there? Do they nornally hire their students?
