Great new webpage set up by former employees and current employees of companies including AVIATION companies.

It rates the good/bad and has comments from the employees.

Very informative, if you are curious about a company.

Problem is, it is another anonymous website. I can say I love AC even though I don't work there....

... what we really need is something along the lines of this: http://www.airlinepilotcentral.com/airlines/canadian.html but with the smaller operators and it should include things like upgrade times, movement, bonds etc.
