Flow is 25%. That has not changed nor has anyone said it is going too. Just whispers it might. It would be a poor business decision to flow any more then that until there is some sort of retention plan to keep senior captains around to assist with the training.

Will they hire guys with 7000 hours if they have over half that multi turbine pic?
Or do I need a lot more hours, time on type, or internal reference?
This is an honest question that I cannot seem to get an answer to.
Feel free to PM me....
Thanks

As stated many many times on this forum having an internal ref helps a lot. Or a Q type rating.

Here's my attempt of an honest answer.

Really good friend of mine, 705 pic, 704 pic, tons of exp with turbines, and float exp, north of 10k hours interviewed in 2014 got pfo'd 5 days later. Great guy, knows his craft well, and one of the best customer oriented individuals I have met in my career so far. No idea as to how he actually interviews though.

From my understanding having more hours or not isn't what makes it easier to get the interview, or the job for that matter. It's quite the process apparently the entire way from your initial application to actually being offered a ground school course (job offer).

A few internal references are important from what I hear.
