The purpose of this is to establish relationships with pilots of all experience levels.
How it works:
Once you have 200 hrs of flight time you can apply to the Porter Pilot - Early Connection Program.
There will be a short written and voice/video interview.
Once you are in the program, someone from the recruitment team will stay in touch and monitor your experience and hours as they increase. Once you reach 1000 hrs total time you will be encouraged to apply for the First Officer Position.
If you already have 1000 hrs total time you may apply directly to the First officers position.
