This seems like desperately grasping at straws for work. YOW - MLB is 1059nm in a straight line and I doubt they will get anything near a direct routing. BBD's website even lists max range as 1100nm which is for the versions with a MTOW of 67 400 and I'm pretty sure the Porter ones are much lower than that.

That's roughly 130 NM longer than the YTZ-MLB flight, which is normally planned at about 3h10 min.fish4life wrote:This seems like desperately grasping at straws for work. Structural MTOW is 63,930, and since YOW has much longer runways than YTZ, that number should always work.

Re: Increased MLB
I flew MLB-YOW last year when we had to divert there due to weather in YTZ. It can be done no problem. We even were already in the descent into YTZ and had to climb back up.

Re: Increased MLB
It can be done but how many seats have to be blocked off? I doubt you can take the full 78.

Yes, we are configured to 74 passengers. I believe we were capped at 60 for the YTZ-MLB runs last year.
