Interviews 2019
Hello ..
Has anyone done an interview in 2019? If so what did they ask you? Any help you could pass on would be appreciated. PM if you prefer.
Thanks for the help.

One of the questions is
"Why do you want to work for AC"

Re: Interviews 2019
Does anyone have any updated info on the phone interview? What to expect? What steps follow the interview? Etc.
Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Interviews 2019
Phone interview is just a screening to see what type of person you are. Mostly ask about your career to date, what entices you about Transat, and the like. It is very informal and 99.9% in my experience leads to the in person interview.

Re: Interviews 2019
I have an in person interview in January. Is it more of the same HR / Situational based questions that were on the phone interview? Any technical aircraft/IFR questions?

Study the capgen and rac in the capgen and know them very well.
You could get bbq'd in the interview or it could be a conversation. Apparently both versions have been had. Mind you they were my FO's who interviewed. Not sure if it's different if you are leaving a captain gig to join them. I would imagine it's not.
