Has anyone gotten an invitation for a face to face interview? I passed the phone interview about a month ago and mailed in my documents already.

Also, what documents were you asked to mail in?

I must have been at the same assessment session as you. I have not gotten my in person interview set up yet. I've read it can take up to 6 months have you gotten yours yet?

Nothing yet for me on the in person interview still waiting. The rumor ive heard is they want to start a training session in Winnipeg come this fall

Not much lead time if people still need to be interviewed, pooled, and then selected for training.

It says they are doing an assement session this week and I know people had jobs offered to them for may so if it stays close to the same schedule maybe we get lucky for September or October

I am also waiting for an in person interview for the YWG region.
I wrote my in person assessment on July 19th, green light July 27th. Did the phone interview August 6th and green light on August 8th. Any word on course dates coming up this fall?

I wrote my assessment back in March the last course offer they did was may. So I was still to early on the process for that. I don't know when they are planning their Next set of interviews or any courses

Ok thanks! From reading other threads it seems like there are quite a few of us waiting for interviews for this region so hopefully they will be doing them soon.

You can usually assume interviews in the ~fall and IFR courses starting springtime, that usually how the Winnipeg FIR runs things. VFR and FSS can run multiple courses in a year, so those dates always vary.
