Any feedback on your 2nd interview, How long it was? Was it similar to the 1st interview? Did you find it easier or harder than the 1st?

It was probably 45 minutes all together. 3 person panel interview. Lots of behavioral questions same as the first although they had more follow up questions. I would say it felt harder than the first.

Thanks for the info. I just got an email yesterday for an in-person interview. Just have to decide if I am driving or flying to Winnipeg.

Found out yesterday I didn't make it past the in-person interview. I was told the reason was that they needed to prompt me on the questions to get more information out of me. Disappointed, but who knows, maybe in a year I will reapply and try to make it again.

Very sorry to hear that Ryan. You made it farther than the vast majority do!

Has anyone tried logging in to the take charge website recently?
It worked last week but now when I try to log in it takes me to a link from myworkdayjobs.com.

I just tried and it gave me an error saying that they are migrating Take Charge to a new system. Suspect it’ll be back up in the next few days?

Hi members,

I just wanted to ask if there's anyone here who starts the FSS training on the 3rd of December? I applied in July 2016, had my test in July 2017, phone interview in Oct 2017 and in-person interview in July 2018. Got the answer in August, start the training in Dec. Oh, and it's all in YWG. I am constantly studying the ITA course, but there are some bugs in it, the quiz answers differ from what was thought 20 min earlier... Anyway, I hope I can make it if I could get here... :)
