Nav Canada application status

Post by yegadjacent »

Does anyone here know what it means when your status indicates yellow for two months? I had my second interview in late February, and I have heard nothing either way.

Thoughts or ideas from anyone?

Interesting.

Did you get a phone call before the written offer? Did you get anything reflective of the offer on the take charge site? Was it email only?

Thanks.

So they called with a verbal offer, then all the necessary paperwork was emailed.

Nothing on Take Charge indicates that I even have an offer.

I am now in the same boat...course offer received August 7th, sent back all the paperwork by August 10...medical and background check completed by August 20 and by August 31 Oncidium (3rd party that does the medical reports for fss candidates) had received everything from the doctor. Take charge website show no mention of an offer and no way to track progress of medical or background screening. Last update was late July when I got a green light after the 2nd interview! I emailed Nav Canada earlier this month and was told they had the background check but not the medical. So hard to plan without 100% certainty of what's happening....I have to move from Vancouver to Kamloops for training too but I can't give notice at my current place for fear of being homeless and jobless in October! Lol
