Went to the post office today cuz I wanted to send it xpress post...lady typed in the postal code and the address doesn't come up...searched for it myself on Canada Post Website.. Nothing...search Nav Canada website find that there's a p.o box. Station T ..same postal code...post office lady tries that.. Comes up as station D....very weird lol she says she can enter the address manually if I'm sure its right...so we go with that but I say I want someone to have to sign for it now ...anyways its in the mail...they should get it Friday.... If Nav Canada exists at that address

I had the same issue when I sent my documents in. Sent it exactly as written on the Take Charge site and they received it no problem.

They send you your documents back. My take charge page never changed so that was the only sign I really had that they'd received them.
I've just today booked a second interview in YWG.

Holy cow I just got an email invite to an in person interview! Scary and exciting! Mostly exciting....but ya a tad scarey too!

I'm sure you will! They probably just got my documents first because i sent them express ....it was still a week after they signed for them to get the email!

Did they offer you specific dates or is it scheduled for a specific one?

I haven't received my documents back yet and there's no update on the website. Got an email link to where i could choose from 3 dates. Email also said to let her know if none of those days work. Supposed to a get a follow up email confirming day and time but haven't got that one yet. I picked next Friday. This is happening much faster than expected!

That's awesome! In YWG most of us have been waiting almost 11 months since the phone interview for our in person.

Ya that's definitely what I expected! First applied sept 2016 and timed out without even getting an assessment! Re-did the online thing sept 2017 and didn't get to the assessment till May..after that things sure picked up speed! Lol

Ya, I'd say if you just mailed the documents you will prob hear in a couple of weeks. But who knows! It's all happening a lot faster than they said it would! Which stream did you guys indicate for your preferences?

Is it at the ACC in Surrey? Do you live locally?

For preferences, I think mine was VFR, IFR, FSS.

Interview is this Friday at the acc in surrey. Hopefully they give a tour of the place cuz I would love to see it! I am local...near Joyce sky train station so its super easy to get there for me. My preferences were the opposite lol but Id be happy wherever the aptitude tests said I should go lol. I hope we all get in...would be awesome to have people to do the pre course studying with!

I am hoping I get the email soon. Now I am worried that maybe they didn't receive my documents!!!
Especially since they never sent you back anything confirming they had receive them.
I'll wait out this week I guess and then maybe email to follow up just to make sure they were actually received.
I should have done the express post. ughhhh!
And yes it would be amazing to have people to study with!
