Available now very large one bedroom comes furnished with chair, Queen bed, night stands and dresser. Your own space in the kitchen for food storage. I am home half the month the other half you would have own bathroom. The other tenant has en-suite bathroom.

The rent is $600 a month with a $100 off avail. and includes all utilities, high speed internet, basic cable, netflix, laundry, and AC. Bedding and linens can also be provided upon request.

Two current tenants are fulltime employed and respectful.

All daily household supplies are available for use. (ex. cutlery, dishes, utensils, etc). Common areas of the house are shared and furnished, rooms are private. There is a dishwasher and AC in the home. Second freezer for extra food storage. House is newly renovated inside and a beautiful place to live.

Home is situated in a great area (Deer Lodge) just 1/2 block from Assiniboine Park. TWO MIN DRIVE to FBO’s or Perimter and $12 cab to main terminal. Close to bus stops on portage. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery, the park, etc. Close to many major roads so it's fast and easy to get anywhere in the city.
