Censoring Names

I was just perusing the Job Ad forum and noticed that names of contacts are being censored... I didn't look through ALL the ads but the first one I opened showed the infamous *****.

My thoughts? Remove the censor, if a name appears in any forum that is deemed questionable, have the moderators remove it.
