I moved this new forum. The "Hire Me" forum is now listed as a sub forum in the "Free Aviation Job Ads" forum.

Just putting this out there but it may be a good idea to limit the posts to 1 as it might turn into a debate forum which shouldn't really be the point. If you really do get employers looking at that forum, the last thing they will want to see is people squabbling. Incidentally... the "wrong" posts will end up always at the top.

Also, it would be nice if people could either delete their posts or put a courtesy "found a job" once they do find employment... of course that would put the post up to the top which would make it kind of silly... but... I don't know if you can have that forum list in the order it was initially posted so any additions and/or modifications wouldn't bump your post to the top?

I got a couple other ideas but these are probably the biggest ones

Normally an Edit wouldn't bump the post up, so a notice at the top of the post would be just fine I guess.

And you could still block adding new posts to a thread.

Goodbye,

I've removed the ability for registered users to reply to a topic in this forum.

You should still be able to edit your own topic if you wished to add something new to your topic.

Is there any way you could change the "last post" column in the main window to reflect posts in the job section, and not the hire me subforum? I think a lot of us would rather see if a new job has been added, not a new resume.
