Never really used it before, but the search function here is BRUTAL!! I'm trying to research flt/duty info for on call pilots, but EVERY post with either 'on' or 'call' comes up, and believe me, that's a LOT of posts.

Am I doing this wrong, or have I stumbled across the real reason we have a question about headsets every two weeks?

I have noticed problems with the search function too ... it will not search exclusively for anything with less than four letters, even if you put a + before the three or less letter word. I have mentioned this to admin, and he is (apparently) looking for a fix. In the meantime, I use google for such searches ...

e.g.:

site:avcanada.ca "on call"
