Recreational Flying Forum?

Follow on ideas from a couple of threads in the Instructing and General Forums.
Can a forum focussed on Recreational Flying/Private Aircraft Ownership be created?
Those of us who fall into either or both of the above categories have distinct interests apart from the Career minded students and commercial pilots - and this can be the start of trying to get some of the pure enjoyment of flying back into the forums (and the industry).
Not only could techniques and ownership/maintenance issues be discussed, but also flyings, places to go, things to do - stuff to see. Migth also be able to branch out into formation of partnerships, buying into a partnership/fractional ownership or forming flying clubs.
