ConAir Abbotsford Req

Hi all, i know North Shore wrote about water bombing but I'm specifically looking into con air yxx base. I know they require 2500 pic and some multi time, but is there anything more specific other than the obvious? Is a float rating essential? I know they have caravans, what would i need to fly one of those??? Does anyone have examples of what they had when they were hired? PLEASE HELP! Thanks a lot.
