Is it possible to have one plane like a cessna 206, and fly for compensantion in Canada?

If you have a commercial license and an operating certificate then why the hell not!
Or....see if another existing company will lease your plane (and you to fly it).

Yes there are a few companies that could use a 206 in the busy season if they will put it on the AOC. Just be careful or you might not get paid..
Alternatively, apply through Transport Canada and get a 703 Day VFR air charter and set up the air service yourself. It's $2700 just to apply and be prepared to do a ton of paperwork or hire a consultant for a bit of coin. The paperwork is a pain in the neck but once you have it there you go.
