Survey Flying Sample Contract / Bid process help needed

Hi Everyone,
David Radford here from Hai Au Aviation in Vietnam. I'm trying to bid on a survey project of considerable area & hours over 2 years. I never did work for the Fugro's or Sander's of the world so I'll be hiring a guy if we get the project. Would anyone be able to email me a sample contract for such work and / or give me some of the basic items to make certain we take into consideration when pricing it out outside of flying hours. i.e. retainer, unsuccessful flights due to weather, technical both aircraft and survey equipment (return to base), etc...
