Long Time Bush Pilot, Owner/Operator Passes On

For those of you who remember Rainly Lake Airways in Fort Frances, ON, I just learned that Vern Jones has passed away in Arizona. He was 84 and died from complications associated with a cat scratch.

After everything he lived through who could ever imagine, a cat (the feline version) would be his demise.

RIP Vern!!

Thanks for the notice Al . I get home to QK on New Years eve then I'll put the notice on the pipeline to some more RLA alumni.

Sorry to hear about Vern passing on. Not really surprised that it was a "cat" that got him tho!
