404 Down in S.A.

Anyone have any details of a Fugro South Africa Cessna 404 that crashed on takeoff yesterday? I have heard a rumour from a fairly reliable source that the aircraft crashed on takeoff with a number of crew on board. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
