I have not seen a lot of action on the board here this spring. Is that because things are slow or just so busy nobody has time to be at the computer? Hopefully the later. I'm betting everybody is busy getting aircraft polished up and ready to throw in the water. I also know with the US economy slowing down a good percentage of the fly-in fishermen may stay at home this year.
I'm a bit removed from the local scene at the moment.

I have spoken to a cpl camp owners and they admit the American customers are down but at least one camp is being proactive and is now expanded their catch area to offset the Midwest void - strangely enough it seems that more Ontarioans are discovering the province doesn't end at Barry also there is a rather large overseas market -- so like anything else it seems fly in fishing must go global --

I'll be back at work by the time fishing season opens so no 0430 wakeups this month -- lmfaoooooo

The Elliott Brothers.

One of their most famous customers was Admiral Byrd who outfitted his
Ford Tri-motor for its flight to the South Pole with Elliott Skis.
